I direct the Berlin section of the Georgia Tech German LBAT (Languages for Business and Technology) study abroad program, which I taught and organized since 2012. I am particularly passionate about teaching abroad as I see it as a privilege to be part in such a live-changing experience for the students. Throughout the program, I try to empower my students as self-reliant explorers of the German culture. This is why my 3-week class “Berlin: The Capital in the 20th Century” contains a significant project portion. This is what my students did this summer!
